As President of Model Suites Realty Inc., Zev combines 14 Years of both residential and commercial real estate brokerage experience. Zev is an expert in Toronto’s ever changing residential real estate market and his creative approach has helped many clients complete numerous successful residential real estate transactions. As Vice President and partner at Abe Gitalis Real Estate Ltd., Zev has also gained extensive experience in commercial sales and leasing in the King Street West market. As founding partner of Model Suites Realty Inc., Marcus Boekelman possesses over 15 years of professional experience in real estate sales, marketing, brand and business development. After graduating from The University of Toronto with a BA in Urban Planning, he began his career in commercial real estate with Abe Gitalis in 1998 with a focus on the redevelopment of property in the Toronto core into modern residential and commercial office space. He has directed his own successful marketing company which became a leader in destination, entertainment and lifestyle brand marketing. He went on to hold senior marketing positions in real estate, entertainment and the health and fitness industry. As founder of Gitalis Group Inc., over the past 36 years, Abe Gitalis has built an integrated group of real estate companies offering full service brokerage, property management and construction primarily through Abe Gitalis Real Estate Ltd., Model Suites Realty Inc., Core Construction Corporation, and Dufferin Liberty Centre. Abe has successfully syndicated both commercial and residential real estate projects. A graduate of both McGill University (B.Sc.) and University of Toronto (M.B.A.), Abe continued his education in the real estate industry. He achieved the designation of CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CMR (Certified in the Marketing of Real Estate) under the Institute of Real Estate Management. Abe is an acknowledged real estate expert having completed thousands of sale and lease transactions.
